Requirements

• Degree holder
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
• Prior team administrative support experience
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills
• Good organisation skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise different tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Fluency in written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred

Responsibilities

• Extensive calendar management including coordination of internal and client meetings, calls, video conferences
• Travel logistics management including flights and accommodation bookings in accordance to the company policies
• Invoice and expense processing including report preparation using Concur
• Phone forwarding and handling external stakeholders' enquiries in a professional manner
• General administrative requests from the team
