Requirements

• Degree holder with 0 - 3 years in project coordination or project administrative work
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work as a team with professional service providers for project related operations and services
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordination and management of project administrative work
• Provide direct support service to the Project Manager
• Draft minutes, reports, prepare invitation letters projects related documents and filing
• Prepare power point, excel calculation, internal memos, notifications and communicate with stakeholders and internal departments
