Description

• Support the NPI process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into product design and development.
• Monitor and evaluate quality issues related to products and raw materials, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with suppliers.
• Familiarity with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure suppliers meet required quality standards before full-scale production.
• Prepare and analyze 8D reports to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring quality issues.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate quality management systems and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality performance and maintain strong working relationships.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or supplier quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including PPAP, 8D, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
