Job description

Responsibilities

• Govern the Asset Management System (AMS) activities for various infrastructure assets, and initiate enhancement on the control and monitoring of Asset Management information system
• Drive initiatives of AMS activities in achieving standardization and alignment with procedure requirements
• Conduct quality and health check of asset studies and activities to identify improvement opportunities for AMS implementation between maintenance and support teams as well as to evaluate the compliance performance, alert management for remedial actions and propose update of associated documentation
• Participate in the formulation and continuing development of innovative projects, centralize the implementation including the tracking of resource provision from both technical and financial aspect
• Drive initiatives in the aspect of smart maintenance to streamline daily works
• Communicate with stakeholders and cross-departments to explore sharing benefits of developed innovative projects in driving enhancement of maintenance productivity and works quality

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural / or a related engineering discipline
• A minimum of 4 years’ post-graduate experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Knowledge of engineering systems including AMS and maintenance practices

Remarks

• Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered for the System Support Officer position
