Location: M+ Museum, West Kowloon Cultural District

What you’ll do

• Responsible for leading and reporting all technical services performed under the Contract, including those technical services provided by third party contractors
• Manage technical team to ensure services are delivered in compliance with the SLA / statutory requirements/ Ordinances and achieve the KPI targets
• Report and monitor technical services delivery and prepare and submit technical reports including reports of Failure Analysis, Facilities Availability and Reliability, Operation Performance, Energy Saving, Sustainability and Power Efficiency Analysis
• Supervise improvement, alterations & additions (A&A) works and renovation projects when required
• Monitor and review the performance and maintenance works of subcontractors
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Engineering of Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or related discipline
• Registered Electrical Worker Certificate A0 or B0
• Minimum of 10 years of technical services experience, specialised in maintaining complex MVAC system/ Large scale Chiller Plant projects, with a minimum of 5 years in the manager grade of facilities management

Personal skills you excel

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word)
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Willing to work at night and attend 24-hour emergency calls if required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineering Manager
