Having secured a number of Platform Screen Door and Automatic Platform Gate projects in Hong Kong, we are now inviting high calibre persons to apply for the following position:

Assist Maintenance Manager for all kinds of maintenance activities such as maintenance works schedule for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.

The Job

• Plan, implement and control the maintenance activities to meet Client’s and departmental standard and statutory requirements.
• To solve technical problems and deal with urgent/emergency repairs concerning PSD/APG
• To prepare and update fault report and monthly report
• To supervise routine preventive and corrective maintenance and keep close monitor on work progress.
• To provide technical advice and fault analysis on all levels of repairing works.
• To liaise with Clients and other parties concerned on progress of works.
• Take initiative to provide regular site inspection and routine check.
• Update maintenance records and configuration management database.
• Spare parts stock control, review, and update.
• Ability to handle enquiries and attend meeting with Clients / contractors.

The Person

• Holders of Degree / Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines, and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in E&M maintenance services work, with at least 3 years at supervisory level in maintenance work, prior experience in the railway sector is a plus.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, good communication and people management skills, a good team player and able to work under pressure in a cross-departmental environment.
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Maintenance Engineer
