Job description
Responsibilities ﹕- Responsible for departmental administrative work, including: handling departmental business expense expenditures and inspections, and assisting in the preparation of annual financial budgets.
- Handle department documentary systems and mailboxes, management of work files, prepare work reports.
- Handle the implementation of department training projects and plans, such as compilation of training plans, organizing and coordinating training projects, preparing training materials, etc.
- Assist in staff business trip procedures, follow up on itinerary arrangements and related communications.
- Handle daily office affairs, follow up on office maintenance and emergencies.
- Management and maintenance of office equipment.
- Complete ad hoc projects, temporary tasks or other work assigned by superiors as needed.
Requirements:- Bachelor degree or above;
- 1 years or more related work experience;
- Have strong communication, coordination and adaptability;
- Have good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English;
- Proactive, conscientious, team player, good time and stress management skills
- Familiar with MS Office software applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
