Job description
Our client is a prominent HK company with global operations that has been committed to upholding the highest standards for 20 years.
Responsibilities
- Structures financing plans, evaluates proposals, and conducts in-depth financial analyses to support the Group's strategic objectives.
- Contributes to M&A projects by providing funding recommendations and implementing effective post-deal policies.
- Liaises with key stakeholders to manage treasury and financing activities, advising, and collaborating with the Group's business units.
- Drives continuous improvements and efficiencies in cash and treasury management, while participating in broader finance initiatives.
- Monitors and reports on daily cash balances, performing thorough analyses to identify and address material changes.
- Accountable for the Group's comprehensive cash, liquidity, and treasury management - including cash flow planning and forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic investment decisions.
- Designs and refines policies/controls, oversees treasury operations and reporting, maintains banking relationships, coordinates project financing, supports FX activities, and develops the overall funding strategy.
Requirements
- Master's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CA, CIMA, CMA, or an equivalent accreditation.
- Big4 experience is a requirement.
- Must have experience from Manufacturing, Trading, Logistics or similar type industry. Banking and Financial backgrounds are not preferred.
- Experience working on Global operations, especially in SEA.
- Proficient in data analysis, cost control initiatives, and well-versed in ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese will be highly preferred.
- Position is located in Hong Kong.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Flexible, agile, and adept at prioritizing and executing multiple tasks concurrently.
