What you will do:

  1. You will be part of system solutions sales team to deliver business growth in Hong Kong markets with key responsibilities of selling System Solutions, including building management system (BMS), ELV, HVAC, Fire, ICT system solutions by collaborating with key account sales and pre-sale engineering teams to achieve required sales targets.
  2. You will be responsible for managing sales and operational procedures throughout the end to end selling process, including understanding customer / project tender requirements, development of proposals, design & cost optimizations, as well as managing bidding process internally and externally.
  3. You will establish and maintain effective customer relationship from system solutions technical perspective to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of the full product /system / service offering, and align to provide a solution.
  4. You will ensure a positive customer experience during BMS/ ELV/ HVAC / Fire / ICT tendering process on project works.
  5. You will coordinate and monitor the project progress with different departments and contractors.
  6. You will explore and develop new customer base with professionals such as architects, contractors, property developers, engineering consultants etc.

What we look for:

  1. Degree holder or above in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 8 years of working experiences in building / construction industry with 3 to 5 years BMS/ ELV / HVAC / Fire / ICT experiences in roles of system selling, project executions, and/or pre-sale technical support and estimations
  3. Strong influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels.
  4. Native speaker of Cantonese with good command of both English and Mandarin.
