For "northbound" talent, the process has also been made more convenient. The Mainland authorities have announced that foreign personnel of registered Hong Kong companies can now apply online via Chinese Visa Application Service Center for a multi-entry visa valid for 2 years or more. 

Furthermore, non-Chinese Hong Kong permanent residents can apply for a multiple-entry visa valid for up to 5 years. These changes greatly facilitate the development of business talent in Hong Kong and their enterprise expansion into the Mainland.
