Description of Tasks
- Major duties of architects and architectural assistants include: plans, designs and supervises the construction of various types of buildings in compliance with Buildings Ordinance and regulations. He co-ordinates with relevant disciplines, various government departments, authorities and public utilities and follows though different stages of building projects including preparation of feasibility studies of project briefs, sketch and detail design, tender drawings and documents, tender assessments, construction and contract administration, and post-construction matters.
Qualification Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in architecture or other relevant programmes; and
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience related to land use planning, design, construction, operation of buildings/facilities/infrastructure, or maintenance works.
