Description of Tasks
- Major duties of surveyors and assistant surveyors include: provides expertise to advise the development potential of works projects with respect to technical and legal implications on relevant construction related ordinances, management and maintenance of buildings and associated post-construction related matters including fitting out, repair and alternation works.
Qualification Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in surveying or other relevant programmes; and
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience related to land use planning, design, construction, operation of buildings/facilities/infrastructure, or maintenance works.
