Description of Tasks
- Major duties of surveyors and assistant surveyors include: provides expert survey services on the following aspects to facilitate land disposal, land registration, civil engineering works and different smart city applications: (1) performing physical measurement of land and sea by various survey technologies, (2) collation of survey data for the preparation of plans, and 2D and 3D maps at different stages of land development and civil engineering works, (3) preparation of as-built BIM models of infrastructures, (4) integration of information from relevant stakeholders in construction industry into spatial databases and perform spatial database management.
Qualification Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics or other relevant programmes; and
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience related to land use planning, design, construction, operation of buildings/facilities/infrastructure, or maintenance works.
