JPC Texson Ltd, established since 1990, is a Hong Kong and China licensed Employment Consulting firm, specializes in Headhunting and Recruiting Services for companies in Hong Kong and China. We have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.

The Company :

• Subsidiary of multinational trading company
• We specialized in international trading of steel products sourced from China for international market
• We are looking for Trading Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Trading General Manager
• Perform sourcing of Steel Products from steel mills in China, then export internationally
• Manage current customer/supplier profiles and develop new customers/suppliers for assigned steel products
• Stay up to date on market movements / analysis to make the most of trading opportunities in the market.
• Deliver sourcing targets and manage trading transactions for the assigned region.
• Meet with and develop relations with End Users/ Stockiest/ Fabricators for the sale of steel products (Longs, Flats, Tubes/ Pipes etc.)
• Coordinate with supporting team for contract execution and to minimize claims exposure.
• University Graduate
• Preferably over 5 years of relevant experience in Steel trading
• Good knowledge of the technical aspects of Steel products and their application
• Good understanding of INCO TERMS 2020, UCP 600, contract exposure, marine freight (container and/ or bulk), etc.
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 15 days
• 13 months salary + attractive performance bonus
• Medical insurance
• Work based either in Hong Kong or any China city (staff can choose)
