Our subsidiary, The Henderson Hospitality Limited, is now inviting high caliber candidates for the position of:-

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, lead and oversee the daily operations of the procurement team
• Formulate and implement comprehensive procurement strategies and enforce operating procedures that align with organizational goals
• Ensure all the procurement activities fulfill operating standards and comply with relevant regulations and compliance
• Identify saving opportunities and minimize procurement expenses through effective negotiation with suppliers
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with their needs and expectations
• Monitor inventory status to maintain optimal stock levels and implement inventory control measures to maximize turnover & space utilization
• Keep abreast of market conditions and pricing trends, identify new potential suppliers to drive innovation and efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Procurement and Supply, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in hospitality industry and hotel pre-opening experience will be an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high standard of integrity
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
