Swire Resources Limited is the leading retailers and wholesalers of a number of top-selling sports, lifestyle and outdoors brands of apparel, footwear and accessories products. To cope with the Company's rapid expansion, we invite high caliber personnel to join us.

To lead product buying, planning and execution of products and inventory management of international brands to drive growth of sales wholesale, retail & Ecommerce channels, meeting business and depletion targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product selection, assortment planning and sell through monitoring of assigned product portfolio for HKG & Macau Retail, Wholesale and Ecommerce business
2. To maximize sales and profit by exploring the sales potential, managing stock and uphold effective SKU control
3. Work closely with internal parties including Sales, Marketing, Ecom and VM team to drive product sell-through according to buy plan and ensure proper execution of assortment strategies
4. Prepare for tradeshows including presentations, pricelist, product catalogue, samples arrangement, order form, consolidation and placement
5. Prepare analysis & OTB, seasonal write-offs and sales confirmation for Product Manager
6. Monitor category performance and product post-launch analysis by analyzing sales data & gaining customers’ feedback
7. To analyze channel sales & category performance, inventory health reports and principal reports on weekly, monthly, seasonal basis
8. Formulate pricing strategies based on competitive analysis, market reviews, competitor positions, and financials, etc.
9. Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fashion, Textile, Business, Marketing or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in buyingand merchandising, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle/retail industries
• Experience in independently preparing and handing Open-to-buy and rolling inventory control for apparel, footwear, accessories is must
• Excellent product sensibility and understanding of competitive retail landscape
• Proactive, sensitive to figures, strong analytical mindset, attention to details with a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and strong analytical skills with knowledge of Dashboard, ERP/SAP in a sizable organisation is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
