Responsibilities

  • Support to drive business development initiatives to digitize customer onboarding journey and enhanced experience, with improved risk management and operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for the development of both business and regulatory requirements, provide business cases which involve change request management, perform system user acceptance testing, training, communications, refining business processes and establishing the target operating model with stakeholders
  • Develop relevant product value proposition with seamless end-to-end onboarding process, including but not limited to digital channels, to drive business acquisition and achieve the desired product activation and utilization.
  • Drive the discussions across business, risk and technology stakeholders to implement appropriate processes and solutions
  • Coordinate with multiple functional specialists across the Group, prepare and obtain approval for third-party risk management documentation, new product documentation. etc where required.
  • Establish industry and market best practices in the implementation of the programmes
  • Constantly review, innovate and enhance product features to ensure competitiveness and relevance of products for target segments

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in SME Banking and/or Fintech
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
  • A structured thinker with sound analytical skills and business acumen with a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a dynamic environment
  • Independent yet able to contribute as a team, as well as the ability to multi-task and balance between daily BAU and project activities .
  • Possess good communication, strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Meticulous and detailed-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
