Role Purpose:

We are looking for a senior manager on Business Transformation & Strategy to support the DataLab to drive the transformation and create the data-driven culture within the organization. The role collaborates with various stakeholders, including various functions team and Business units, to develop and implement data intelligence strategies that enhance O+O customer experience, improve productivity, and drive overall business growth.

A typical day in this Role:

• Act as an in-house consultant to manage and facilitate corporate strategy and business transformation at group level down to project management with business units to drive delivery.
• Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to gather business pain points, and formulate refinement plans with BU leaders to improve business operation.
• Promote data culture and practices in the organization.
• Drive the transformation projects in the Group and Business teams to adopt Data intelligence at process flow to improve customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Develop and support advanced analytics if necessary.

Success will depend on:

• Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science or any related field.
• At least 8 years in corporate strategy, business transformation, change management and cross-team collaboration in a large organization, preferably in retail industry.
• Candidates with management consulting background will be a plus
• Sharp business acumen and understanding in commercial applications of data analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with individuals across all levels
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as a manager.
