About Your Role:
- Assist in implementing and developing procedures to ensure customers have exceptional experience when using the company’s services
- Communicate to customers about the company’s services and find out their requirements through surveys or face to face interactions
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and customer panels to collect feedback and provide analysis reports on the area for improvements
- Prepare customers monthly usage reports and maintain good relations with assigned key major accounts
- Handle key customer’s inquiries and support to follow up with internal departments for handling their requests
Does it sound like you?
- Excellent customer-service manner, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and good command of Putonghua
- Good writing skills in Chinese and English is also required
- Proficient skills in O365, media production software and Power BI is a plus
- Willingness to learn with positive mindset
- Degree holder in business, and marketing disciplines and fresh graduate is welcome
- Experience in customer service or service business is an advantage
