My client is regarded as a high-quality, reputable insurance company with a dominant position in the fast-growing Asia-Pacific insurance industry. It is seen as a market leader in terms of brand, distribution, product offerings, and financial strength

Currently, they are undergoing the end-to-end revamp project of their digital marketing & CRM applications, they are hiring a Business Analyst who is able to communicate and work with the tech team to run this Agile project.

Role & Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis & project management
• Strong domain knowledge in life insurance, digital marketing & CRM applications
• Experienced in gap analysis, representing business units to work and communication with technical team to translate business requirements into technical solution;
• Experienced in End-to-end project, from gathering requirement, documentations, stakeholder management, and UAT
• Background in digital transformation and application revamp/enhancement projects
• Collaborate with end users to ensure developed systems can fulfil user requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in Agile projects
