Responsibilities

• Ensure operational tasks are completed within specified standards of quality, agreed service level, turnaround time and industry cut-off time
• Develop and continuously review, streamline and improve processes to increase efficiency, productivity
• Manage working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service partners to ensure that a seamless process flow for applications and to support their initiatives for revenue generation and market share expansion in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area
• Recommend and implement appropriate actions in response to Hong Kong regulatory and related developments that impact operation guidelines
• Adhere, provide guidance and ensure all relevant teams and departments comply with the rules, guidelines and regulatory requirement of the Bank, HKMA, SFC, MAS, etc pertaining to the operations
• Escalate exceptional/outstanding/suspicious transactions for necessary follow up actions

Requirements

• Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY for this role

• 15 years of experience in management role from securities operations

• Change management and strong digital transformation mindset
• Strong key stakeholder management, experienced in managing conflicts
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
