Job Description:

• Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce sales strategies, operations, and promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets.
• Manage e-Shop performance through search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content optimization to enhance conversion rates.
• Prepare digital assets for promotion campaigns including eDMs, landing pages, banners, and Ads.
• Optimize e-Shop customer journey, maximize visitor’s engagement and their conversion rate.
• Manage promotional materials, including copywriting and content creation for social media posts, eDMs, video editing, etc
• Implement and support O2O Strategies to develop customer communications through various channels for the CRM program, including shop level, e-Shop, eDM, and WhatsApp Business API.
• Work closely with vertical business teams to understand product marketing requirements, develop strategic and manage execution.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, eCommerce or related disciplines
• At least 2-year experiences in digital marketing, social media, and ecommerce (Shopify) management
• Shopify & landing page design experience will be a plus
• Passionate about delivering quality aged care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Marketing Manager position
