Job Description:

• Responsible for identifying necessary products and services to support daily operations. Play a crucial role in company's daily operations and provide clerical support to assist on new product listing in retail channels

• Plan and manage company's overall sourcing strategy

• Negotiate pricing, trading terms, contract agreements to meet company objectives and requirements

• Develop, assess, evaluate and build relationships with key vendors

• Good interactive skills to associate with other departments to achieve company goals

• Lead, coach and strengthen the team to meet the requirements of internal customers

• Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

Requirements:

* Degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field

* Minimum 5 years solid experience in sourcing and purchasing of health product, personal care / skin care / beauty cosmetics products.

* Working experience on personal care, pharmaceutical, product labeling or product quality assurance is definitely advantage

* Good time-management skills to meet deadlines of company tasks

* Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills

* Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

* Positive working attitude, self-motivated, responsible, good communication skill and a good team player
