  • Explore oversea market to identify any potential business opportunities and sales channels
  • Source new potential customers (distributor / retailer) and enlarge existing client base
  • Negotiate new / renewal contract terms with business partners
  • Provide a full strategic business development plan to expand different markets worldwide
  • Manage sales activities with different business partners to generate revenue and meet sales target goal
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
  • Perform ad-hoc projects or related tasks/duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Marketing / E commerce and Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid business development experience in health supplement / beauty or pharmaceutical industries etc.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill and strong problem solving skill
  • Aggressive, target oriented, innovative with extensive perspective in business development with sales driven mind set
  • Can-do attitude, hands-on, result-oriented, independent and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
