Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre, STC, was established in 1963, the first independent and not-for-profit Testing, Inspection and Certification organization in Hong Kong, committed to providing professional, reliable and comprehensive testing services. STC is accredited internationally and is the first Hong Kong laboratory qualified to provide CCC testing services.

Responsibilities:

• Improve operations and financial performance.
• Develop strategy and set goals for growth.
• Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure the proper and effective allocation of resources to maximize company objectives.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities.
• Establish alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Chemistry / Food Science / Testing & Certification or relative discipline.
• At least 10 years solid experience in Food Testing and Certification industry.
• Familiar with international regulation including GB, R&D on new method and lab accreditation system such as 17025.
• Mature problem solving, communications and leadership skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
