About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team on daily cell site operations, and to work on new site acquisition
• Assist the manager on management reporting and manage control parameters such as expenses payable and income receivable
• Maintain rapport relationships with Major Developers and Government Authorities, e.g., OGCIO, OFCA, Housing Authority & Government Property Agency
• Interface with relevant parties to streamline existing workflow, so as to enhance work efficiency and improve team productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines
• At least 5-year relevant working experience, of which 3 years at supervisory level preferably gained in site property management, previous exposure in the mobile industry is a plus
• A self-motivated team leader with good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Well-versed in MS Office application
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
