Job Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the organization
• ⁠ ⁠Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring
• ⁠ ⁠Set sales targets and objectives, and monitor the team's progress towards achieving them
• ⁠ ⁠Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the construction industry
• ⁠ ⁠Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, bids, and contract negotiations
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns
• ⁠ ⁠Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
• ⁠ ⁠Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, subcontractors, and other industry stakeholders
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and overall sales performance
• ⁠ ⁠Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the executive leadership team
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
• ⁠ ⁠Continuously optimize sales processes and techniques to drive improved efficiency and results

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years' experience in B2B sales and project management in construction industry
• Knowledge of the construction industry (MVAC and Lighting) would be advantageous
• Solid experience and knowledge in construction industry will be an advantage
• Aggressive, well-organized, customer focused and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in written & spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office
