Description

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, grow market share and drive sales.

• Implementing retail marketing strategies to support seasonal collections & new beauty product launches
• Collaborating closely with the regional marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotions across retail channels
• Analyzing sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize retail marketing activities in Hong Kong and Macau
• Managing relationships with key retail partners and distributors, including department stores, specialty beauty shops, and e-commerce platforms
• Overseeing the creation of seasonal in-store displays, POSM materials, and digital/social media content
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for strategies improvement
• Coordinating with the retail sales team to provide training and support for front line staff on brand positioning, product knowledge, and customer service

Profile

The successful candidate:

• 6-8 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics or luxury goods industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing strategies to drive sales and brand engagement
• Team leading experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
