Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various markets, with a focus on expanding our client base
• Develop and execute effective strategies to penetrate new market segments and secure lucrative tenders
• Establish and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and potential clients
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities

Tendering and Proposal Management:

• Prepare comprehensive tender budgets and proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements
• Manage the complete contract administration process, from negotiation to final execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality tender submissions

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional account management services
• Maintain positive partnerships with existing clients and handle any customer inquiries or complaints
• Organize and execute effective marketing activities and business promotion initiatives to enhance our brand visibility

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in the environmental services, sales and marketing, or account management sectors
• Proven track record in securing new business through effective tendering and client relationship building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships
• Demonstrated business acumen, result-oriented mindset, and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
