Description
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of testing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to quality standards and testing requirements.
- Monitor project costs and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations, including managing audits, approvals, and necessary documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a laboratory
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Strong understanding of chemical testing processes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
