Responsibilities:

• Advise client for documentation and on-boarding requirements
• Process account opening and mange a smooth client onboarding
• Control, review and liaise with relevant parties independently on account documentations
• Review daily custody operations including trade processing, settlement, Corporate actions and income posting
• Handle client inquiry in relation to cash movement, security settlement, Corporate actions, billing
• Engage in projects in business development for new products, new services, system enhancement

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 8 years of experience in custody business
• Familiar with QDII, QFII, stock connect, bond connect products
• Good knowledge of securities market
• Strong analytical skill, self-motivated and independent
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua
• Proficient in MS office applications including PPT
