职位描述

The applicant must possess

1. a recognised degree;
2. a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification working experience in construction industry, public organisations and /or customer service preferred;
3. a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility;
4. good communication and interpersonal skills and be a pleasant team player;
5. proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Chinese Word Processing is a must; and
6. excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)

Duties include

1. to vet applications of workers registration and Technically Competent Persons Registration Scheme according to the laws, regulations and procedures;
2. to provide customer services including registration services, event promotion, course and trade test applications, and enquiry services in CIC Service Centres;
3. to support the launch and new function development for workers registration in the new CIC App;
4. to provide support to events, publicity activities and administration matters;
5. to handle enquiries and complaints; and
6. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.

The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
