The Company :

• Healthcare construction company focus in projects for hospitals, medical centres and laboratories in Hong Kong
• We design & build hospital & lab projects specialized for ICU, surgical rooms, oxygen pipelines, ventilation system....etc
• We supply & install medical & lab equipment in hospitals, medical centres & labs
• Products focus in : medical gas pipeline system, modular wall & ceiling for operating theatres, isolated power supply system...etc
• We are looking for Project Manager – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to the Project Director
• Perform project management within budget and achieve standards of quality for assigned projects
• Manage the projects on schedule and monitor the works quality
• Lead Electrical and Mechanical system design to ensure all works are complied with contractual requirements
• Design of hospital/medical facilities;
• Installation of engineered systems;
• Inspection, cleaning and disinfection ducts of ventilation.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
• Corporate member of the HKIE (Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services discipline), or equivalent
• 5+ years Elect / MVAC / MGPS installation experience, preferably with main contractors or E&M contractors; and minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in the capacity of Resident Building Services Engineer, or equivalent
• With experience in Clean rooms, HVAC and medical gas supply is a big plus
• Relevant work experience in Hospital/University/Laboratory projects is advantageous
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 14 days
