The Regional Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing and executing upgrade projects across multiple hotel properties within the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in project management, engineering, and construction within the hospitality industry.

A key position responsible to develop comprehensive project plans, including time-lines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Profile

Project Planning and Management:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all project requirements are clearly defined and met.

Budget and Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and kept within approved limits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project costs.

Vendor and Contractor Management:
- Select and manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality work in accordance with project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

Quality Assurance:
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.

Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all renovation activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and occupants during the renovation process.
Job Offer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale upgrade projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
