Tai Sang Land Development Limited, diversifies investment portfolios to include godown, shops, commercial and residential properties in Hong Kong as well as overseas, invites applications for the following position:-

Officer, Lease Management
(reference no.: PLPM/OLMHO202409)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Lease / Tenancies and Licence Agreement and related duties
• Handle lease administration works
• Handle tenants' enquiries and / or complaints, and prepare reply letters and emails
• Attend Management Committee / Owners' meeting and prepare report
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Property or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in lease management
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
• Good in MS application, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Work under pressure
• Immediate availability is an advantage
• Candidates with higher qualification and / or more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Officer, Lease Management
