职位描述

香港家庭計劃指導會為志願機構，致力為港人提倡、推廣及提供性與生殖健康方面的資訊、教育、醫療及輔導服務。

(i) Lead, develop and deliver SRH (sexual and reproductive health) counselling services and programs. (ii) Oversee the management and budgetary control of YHCC (Youth Health Care Centres). (iii) Manage complex counselling cases and supervise the YHCC staff. (iv) Oversee the development and running of the youth volunteer team. A bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, preferably in Social Work, Counselling or related discipline; a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience, with two years at management level preferred; good interpersonal and communication skills; high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
