The school currently has around 2600 students and 530 employees across the three ISF schools.

We are now seeking a self-driven, passionate and experienced candidate to fill the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

• With a particular focus on content creation, editing, translation and interpretation in Chinese (Putonghua), this position assists in all editorial responsibilities relating to school’s internal and external communications, publications, and events marketing;
• Participate and assist in schoolwide, media and public events;
• Internal and external coordination and relations with stakeholders and vendors when necessary;
• News monitoring and alert;
• Handling of general enquiries;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Communications and other line managers; and
• Align with and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the Communications and Community Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Journalism, Translation or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications is preferable;
• Excellent bilingual (English and Chinese) written and verbal communication skills, with strong confidence in Putonghua;
• Willing to work overtime or weekends if required; and
• Well organized, self-motivated, attention to details, a good team player.
