In this role, you are required to design and deliver business initiatives to achieve business targets via different marketing campaigns and system enhancement

Main Responsibilities:

• Design personal loan marketing campaigns to meet the yearly budgeted portfolio account receivables & yield and overall profitable P&L
• Develop tailor-made personal loan product features and pricing for different portfolio segments via detailed portfolio and segmentation analysis
• Identify and oversee new product development, product enhancements and related system enhancements to meet customer needs
• Perform post-program analysis to assess portfolio performance and make recommendations for further improvement
• Monitor program financials and maintain robust expenses tracking against budget
• Drive different internal and external parties, including credit risk, IT, operation and sales channels to ensure efficient and effective implementation of planned initiatives
• Execute necessary compliances to meet the requirements of Legal and Regulatory bodies in each program
• Coach and supervise team subordinate(s) in daily program implementation

Incumbent Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• 6 years’ experience in banking industry, with a minimum of 2 years in Managerial level
• Strong business acumen with good understanding of personal loan products
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to details
• Able to work independently and under pressure
