• We are looking for Butler / Personal Assistant (管家兼私人助理) – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Provide daily butler and personal assistance to CEO
• Assist to manage CEO's household affairs, including but not limited to arranging work for drivers, workers, purchasing, etc.;
• Assist with arranging and organizing family events/parties;
• Cooperate with the CEO in handling administrative, business and personal affairs;
• Process, record and edit reports and other paperwork;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO
• Required to work in multiple sites including home residences, offices or other places as assigned
• 5+ years as personal assistants or housekeepers (butlers) or have experience in handling household affairs
• Proficient in spoken & written English, Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and good personal and professional ethics;
• Accept flexible working hours and overtime when required
• 5 days work
• Annua leave : 14 days
• Medical insurance
