Reporting to the HR Business Partner Head, you will assume the role of a strategic HR advisor for senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, within a designated portfolio across the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass providing guidance and advice on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, organizational design and transformation, strategic workforce planning, talent review and retention, and more. This pivotal position entails implementing proactive solutions aligned with the overall people strategy to enhance the organization's effectiveness. As a respected HR business partner, you will inspire the team and establish a robust and trustworthy HR presence. As a dynamic HR business partner, you will drive inspiration within the team and cultivate a resilient and dependable HR presence.
Other key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior executives to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives, providing expert guidance and insights on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and more.
- Identify and proactively address strategic workforce challenges, implementing solutions that align with the overall people strategy to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Take the lead in developing and executing comprehensive workforce planning and talent management strategies, conducting thorough analyses of talent requirements, addressing skill gaps, and driving initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
- Provide coaching and support on performance management and staffing issues, serving as a change management champion within the organization.
- Offer expert advice and counsel to business units and people leaders, utilizing HR metrics, trends, and data analysis to inform decision-making and drive impactful outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree qualification or above in related discipline with a minimum of 10+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, gained within a multinational financial organization.
- Strong track record of working closely with C-suite executives and playing a influential role when needed.
- Skilled in multi-stakeholder management capable in thriving in a fast-pace entrepreneurial and demanding environment
- Demonstrate a self-starter mentality, with a collaborative and analytical mindset. You consistently adopt a strategic and hands-on approach to coordinate resources and drive targeted results.
- Exhibit a strong business acumen mindset, capable of driving strategic solutions, influencing decision-making, and building strong relationships within a matrix environment.
- Language proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must.
