Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chines
• Proficient in MS applications
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work by the guide of customer success, and participate in all customers centered service activities
• Participate in product related projects, including design, development and optimization
• Participate in the implementation of the data delivery project, interact with the sales, customer service, operation and delivery teams, provide customers with high-quality services and achieve the project objectives
• Responsible for the support and implementation of the company’s innovation projects, including demand collection, demand analysis and solution formulation
