Job Description
This job is to be performed by a Trading Trainee who is responsible, under supervision, for taking orders from institutional clients in listed securities and deliver good executions to clients. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

1.Works closely with institutional sales force to assist in the identification of trading opportunities for clients;
2.Feed trading ideas and precisely interpret investment opinions of research reports to the clients;
3.Channel market information flow to the clients in a timely manner;
4.Ensure good trade executions to clients;
5.Responsible for developing relationships with assigned client organizations through trading and execution services.
6.Perfect the data analysis platform and related work arrangements.
7.Participate in the development, testing, and optimization of the relevant electronic trading system.

Job Requirement
1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values；
2.2025 fresh graduates from domestic and overseas universities and graduates who have not been employed within two years after leaving school, with a master's degree or above;
3.Knowledge of Asian equities or International stock markets;
4.Understanding the client’s investment behavior and orientation;
5.Customer-oriented mentality, proactive personality;
6.Effective communicator with excellent English and Mandarin abilities;
7.Detail-oriented, quick-minded and good team player;
8.Proactive with can-do attitude;
9.Solid data analytical skills;
10.Proficient in Python, adept at using various machine learning tools, with good programming skills and coding habits; proficient in Linux, proficient in SQL language.
11.Have a certain understanding and practical experience in big data mining, probability and statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and time series analysis.
