This role will lead a team of 20 staff covering compliance, risk, business management, quality assurance, and internal controls.

My client is a well known bank with branches worldwide. They have businesses in retail, commercial, corporate banking and global markets. They have over 600 staff in Hong Kong.

Description

• This role will sit under the commercial banking division whilst managing a large team of about 20 staff
• The Team Head will overlook several teams including but not limited to internal control, compliance, quality assurance, business management etc
• This role will act as a contact point internally to liaise with different departments including risk, compliance, and AML
• This role will also have to liaise with local regulators on all regulatory enquiries, surveys, audits, and inspections

Profile

• bachelor degree
• minimum 10 years of commercial banking / banking experience within
• must have experience in internal control, compliance, quality assurance, risk
• must have strong leadership skills
• must be fluent in chinese
