Job Posting Details

The Division of Life Science is looking for a high caliber candidate to oversee multiple projects aimed at streamlining and enhancing operational processes, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks. Responsibilities include developing and implementing new procedures with automation to boost productivity, analyzing workflows, conducting staff training, and continuously refining processes for optimal efficiency across various projects. Additionally, the role involves maintaining documentation and ensuring smooth operation of systems and hardware.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related fields; and with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience. The ideal candidate should possess project management skills, analytical abilities to identify inefficiencies, and the capacity for data-driven decision-making to streamline operations. Knowledge in programming/ scripting languages for tasks’ automation is desired but not necessary. (Duration: 2 years)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
