Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business development and restaurant business of the assigned brands, including daily operations, marketing plan and team development with P&L accountability
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targeted sales and improve gross profit
• Manage P&L, revenue forecasts, sales analysis data, operating reports, and KPI setting
• Provide strategic direction to improve all operational areas in the aspect of standards, revenues, cost control, and guest and employee satisfaction
• Ensure total customer satisfaction with the quality and standards of the food and service
• Monitor food hygiene and safety to reach a compliance of the statutory requirement as well as internal control and compliance
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major or related field
• A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience, at least 5 years at senior management position with strong business acumen, preferable in club or related professional area
• Hands-on experience in Chinese cuisines management is an advantage
• Knowledge in project management including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management and progress reporting
• High ability in solving complex problem, strategic thinking & analytical skills
• Great planning skills, a hands-on approach, a strong drive to achieve results
• Prominent character profile of both a leader and team player
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
