Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit monitoring and review in commercial credit and risk management, ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Manage portfolio review, assess Expected Credit Loss(ECL), identify potential credit risks and alert business unit with preventive measures or risk mitigation
  • Monitor the performance of credit facilities utilization, analyze and review portfolio with potential high-risk indicators
  • Identify early-alerts on potential problematic credits accounts and recommend appropriate actions plan to mitigate bank’s risk and loss
  • Pepare data and reports, provide recommendation in resolving problematic accounts including formulation and implementation of loan recovery or exit plan
  • University graduate or above with major in Risk Management, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines (preferably with CFA, FRM qualification)
  • At least 4-7 years of solid experience in credit monitoring functions in banking industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, self-initiated and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

(Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager)
