• Collaborate closely with the product and business teams to understand the crypto platform requirements for client acquisition and onboarding, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee the architecture and development of the platform's client acquisition and onboarding functionalities, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage a team of experienced developers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of project milestones related to client acquisition and onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the cryptocurrency and payment gateway space, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the client acquisition and onboarding experience.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to integrate third-party services and APIs seamlessly into the client acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Implement robust security measures, including encryption, authentication, and access controls, to protect client data and ensure the integrity of the acquisition and onboarding functionalities.
• Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to ensure the client acquisition and onboarding processes adhere to all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical role, preferably as an acquisition tech lead in a payment gateway or cryptocurrency exchange company.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing secure, scalable, and highly available client acquisition and onboarding systems.
• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and payment gateway systems, with a particular focus on client onboarding and acquisition.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the cryptocurrency and banking industries, particularly related to client onboarding and acquisition.
