Your new company

A world-leading insurer, well-established in Hong Kong, providing a wide-range of insurance products and services to its clients both locally and regionally, is currently looking for an Operational Risk expert at Manager to lead the risk team by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure all critical risk factors are well monitored and managed to achieve effective risk governance.

Your new role

Working in a diverse team with a flat-team structure, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, and actively participating in various 1st to 1.5 LOD activities, and to support the leadership team on a wide range of risk-related matters. You will be taking the lead in developing the awareness and capability to handle risk across the organisation and to deliver training and support to business functions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in the insurance or financial services industry;
• Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant disciplines;
• Professional qualification(s) in relevant areas are preferred;
• With strong communications skills in English and a proactive, engaging mindset
