Description
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Implement, review, and update HR policies to align with the company's transformation goals.
- Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate job structures and recommend changes to support organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with the C&B team on compensation and benefits exercises.
- Generate analytical reports, such as global headcount reviews and acceptance rate analyses.
- Work closely with the HRIS team to ensure accurate data migration and data integrity.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to drive the transformation agenda and ensure alignment across regions.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- 7 years or more of proven experience in HR transformation, HR policy implementation, and process improvement, with a background in consulting firms being highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
