What you’ll be doing?

  • Provide all-rounded support to the Chairman, including personal, community service and business affairs
  • Arrange meetings, business & personal trips and appointment schedule
  • Manage business & social calendar, travel schedules and conference participation
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
  • Monitor and maintenance of personal and corporate properties
  • Handle special projects & ad-hoc assignments and perform other duties as required

Who are they looking for?

  • Bachelor degree with minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in sizable organization in similar capacity, must gained practical experience in serving senior executive of sizable company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in computing skills
  • High level of confidentiality, mature, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detailed minded, independent, well-organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Immediately available highly preferred
